Donations-we are a 501C3 nonprofit corporation

Thank you for your interest in supporting the City Care Clinic in Redmond, OR. The City Care Clinic was founded in February of 2006 and has provided free health care to patients that do not qualify for the OHP, are not on Medicare or Medicaid and cannot afford health insurance. Currently, patients will have to pay for medications, certain consults and hospital care. The clinic is working on these various aspects of health care in regards to trying to acquire more support from the medical community to be able to provide these services free of charge. That is where you may help.

The clinic is a non-profit clinic as of 1/1/09 wherein volunteer physicians, nurses and support staff work approximately ½ day/week seeing patients (we intend to increase the days we are open as we gain volunteers).  Doctor Visser is the current medical director with Tamie Brown serving as the clinic manager/volunteer coordinator, and oversight provided by our board of directors.

We need monetary donations for equipment purchase as well as ongoing operation of the clinic. All donations are tax deductable, please contact Pastor Ginny McPherson via the City Center Church regarding this, Ph # is 541-548-7128, or Tamie Brown via the City Care Clinic number.

Thank you for your consideration, please feel free to contact me regarding questions, or if you are interested in participating in this clinic as a physician/nurse or receptionist. Our clinic is located at 818 SW Forest Ave. on the backside of the old Forest Baptist church on Forest and 8th. Sincerely, Randy Visser, DO FACP
